26 July 2017 Join the Mediterranean Workshop 2017 | Naples, 23-24 October

SRM will present its studies on Mediterranean Economy on the occasion of the Mediterranean Workshop 2017 that will take place in Naples from 23rd to 24th October at the Congress Center Saints Marcellino and Festo of the University of Naples Federico II (Largo San Marcellino 10, Naples, ltaly).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

Participation in the Workshop is upon invitation.  Those interested in applying for attendance should complete the online application form from the link below. Selected applicants will receive an invitation. Applicants who also wish to present their project idea or an ongoing project should submit an abstract for selection via the online application form (see instructions and template below).

Deadline for applications and abstract submission:

  • 1 September 2017: if you wish to request a participation grant
  • 15 September: if you don’t require a participation grant

Participation grants
A limited number of grants (up to € 400 each) will be available for partial reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses. Deadline 1 September. Please note that the agreed grants will be paid after presentation of the original receipts.

Instructions for abstract preparation & submission
For style and length, please follow the Abstract template. Please specify the Work Track preferred in the submission.

 

WORK TRACKS

The core of the Workshop consists of sessions dedicated to four Work Tracks on best practices and new projects, as defined below.
Within the framework of each Work Track, the Workshop is open to various topics though with special attention to those that are listed below

  • Mobility in education, industrial innovation and business creation
  • Cultural heritage
  • Sustainable development
  • Logistics and marine strategy

The Workshop offers the opportunity to present new ideas for the future of the Euro-Mediterranean area, to establish relations and to federate people motivated in constructing practical proposals with the features required for support through the appropriate institutional channels.
