SRM and Intesa Sanpaolo are organising the presentation of the “MED & Italian Energy Report 2019 – Energy sources, flows and strategies between Europe and the Mediterranean”, which will be hosted on the 3rd December at 15:30 – 17:30 in the European Parliament (ASP 3H1) by Mrs. Tiziana Beghin, MEP and Mrs. Patrizia Toia, MEP, with the participation of the Italian Minister of European Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola.
SRM and the ESL@Energy Center of the Politecnico di Torino will provide a picture of the main aspects of the energy system in the Mediterranean area from a national and European point of view. The report focuses on four topics: the infrastructures in terms of pipelines, ports, corridors for gas; the Mediterranean shipping routes with the state of art of the biggest chockepoints of the world in the oil sector; the scenarios of the renewable energies and fossil fuels; the Chinese investments in energy along the Belt & Road.
